Roll-Off Dumpster Rentals

General Residential Guidelines

• Tonnage Allowed: 10 yard – 2 ton(4,000 lbs.), 15 yard – 3 ton(6,000 lbs.), 20 yard – 4 ton(8,000 lbs.), 30 yard - 5 ton(10,000 lbs.) *Any tonnage over specified weight will incur overweight charges of $50/ton
• Distance Fees: Distance fees will apply to addresses outside of the Omaha metro area. Please call the office for specific location pricing.
• Trip Charge: Additional fees will apply if the dumpster needs to be relocated or if we aren't able to be pick up on the scheduled date for any reason out of our control. Examples include but are not limited to: being blocked by vehicles, someone moving dumpster out of reach of our trucks, too muddy or snowy, dumpster over-filled, etc.
• Placement:  Placement needs to be accessible for our trucks. Please clear the area before delivery and avoid low hanging wires and branches. We recommend the customer place a sheet of plywood on the driveway or preferred placement location for service protection if needed. Please let the office know you will be providing plywood. If requesting placement on a public street, alley, or sidewalk, it is the customers' responsibility to obtain a city permit if required.
• Over-Filled Dumpsters: Renters are responsible for abiding by the "maximum load level" stickers on the dumpsters.  These load level stickers are so the dumpster can be tarped effectively to ensure contents do not fall from the dumpster during transport which, could put other motorists at risk for damage to their vehicle. Fees may apply if not followed.
• Materials NOT Accepted: Materials that are not allowed to be placed in the dumpster include, but are not limited to: tires, household appliances, liquid paint, waste oil, batteries, asbestos, and any hazardous, toxic, or radioactive wastes or substances as defined by federal, state, and local law or regulation. Please call the office with any questions on what we can take.

If you have any questions regarding any of the items or items not listed, please  call and ask. Our drivers will remove any non-accepted items from the dumpster before pick-up. Please note that the dump sites dictate what is acceptable to be placed in the landfill. If at any time there is something not accepted in the dumpster, we reserve the right to charge accordingly for proper disposal.
